Summit provides Application and Portfolio hosting services as alternatives for companies that require lease processing systems but prefer to outsource the administration of these systems and access them remotely from our on-site data center. Our lease management, portfolio management, and asset tracking services/products packages are available on a monthly billing basis.

Services include a web-enabled, front-end application processing system, lease/asset management, tax management, credit reporting, and reporting tools.
